PRICING AND PAYMENT

The parcel price will depends on the weight of parcel and volume of product whichever is higher and destination of parcel. These are calculated by our pickup agent at the time of pickup and will give you additional price of the parcel accordingly. It is inclusive of charges, fee and taxes.

ARE THERE ANY CHARGE OF PICKUP AND PACKAGING

No, there are no any extra charges of pickup. Additional packaging charges applied

HOW CAN I MAKE THE PAYMENT

You can make payment via credit, debit cards or via other online payment mode. And our agent will collect the additional payment in cash mode from you after he packs parcel and calculate the weight only when weight is more than initial entry in order form.

THERE ARE ANY CANCELLATION CHARGES

No. there Are no any cancellation charges until the pickup agent arrives for pickup. After this cancellation charge will applied and remain refundable in your bank account.

In additional after shipment if you want to cancel the delivery in this condition, no refund would be possible due to our commitment to service provider.

CAN THE ITEM BE PICKUP INSTANTLY OR SCHEDULE A FUTURE PICKUP

If you want instant pickup, then our pickup agent will reach within 2 hours. And you can also book an available schedule booking according to your comfort without any charges.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO WHEN YOUR AGENT ARRIVES FOR PICKUP THE SHIPMENT

At the pickup time our pickup agent observes the item and verifies the item according to your online booking request. In case you have packed the item already then we can open the packaging and check the content in front of you. We may refuse the already packed item. This is to comply with our legal obligations. If item is confidential then our agent can check your parcel with you permission.

CAN YOUR AGENT DECLINE THE PICKUP OF ANY ITEM

Yes. Our agent may decline the pickup of an item if it is not on the list and it belongs to the list of item which is prohibited by Law.

CAN I CHANGE MY DETAILS AFTER PICKUP

No, you can&amprsquot change any details after pickup.

HOW WILL PACKAGING

Our agents are decent and richly trained in packaging for safety. They bring along suitable packaging material according to your parcel that you mention in your booking.

IN WHICH CONDITIONS IS COURIER WILL NOT BE DELIVERED

Issue within address and Pin code  

If customer is not reachable or customer refused to accept the shipment
